7-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want your DECOREVA purchase to reach you safely and as expected. Please review the return and refund terms below before placing your order.

Return Window: Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns due to customer preference, change of mind, incorrect selection, or other reasons not caused by DECOREVA, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Damaged, Wrong or Defective Products: If a product is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact DECOREVA within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. After verification, DECOREVA will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Conditions: Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return/refund.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and verified, where applicable. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the order.
